Genel Bilgiler “Dualarım” uygulaması, kullanıcı gizliliğine en üst düzeyde önem verir. Uygulama herhangi bir kişisel veriyi toplamaz, işlemez, saklamaz veya harici sunuculara iletmez. Uygulama şu özellikleri içerir: • Dua, zikir ve tesbihat kayıt etme/düzenleme/silme • Sayaç ve hatırlatma işlevleri • Gezegen saatleri hesaplaması • Namaz vakitleri hesaplaması Tüm veriler yalnızca cihazın içerisinde, Android’in güvenli sandbox yapısı içinde tutulur. Uygulama tarafından geliştiriciye hiçbir kullanıcı verisi aktarılmaz. ________________________________________ 2. Yaş Sınırı ve Hedef Kitle • Uygulama 16 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır. • Google Play hedef yaş aralığı: 16–17 ve 18+. • 16 yaş altından bilerek hiçbir veri toplanmaz. ________________________________________ 3. Kullanıcı Verileri ve Saklama Şekli Aşağıdaki kullanıcı içerikleri yalnızca cihaz içinde saklanır: • Dua, zikir ve tesbihat içerikleri • Sayaç, hatırlatma ve bildirim ayarları • Kullanıcının eklediği görseller • Kullanıcının manuel seçtiği şehir bilgisi Uygulama: • GPS veya hassas konum almaz • Bulut yedekleme yapmaz • Sunucu ile iletişim kurmaz • Harici veri aktarımı yapmaz Veri Kaybı Durum Uyarısı Android'in otomatik yedekleme sistemi devre dışıdır (allowBackup="false"). Bu nedenle Android yedekleme sistemine dahil edilmez. Uygulamada sunucu tabanlı veya otomatik yerel yedekleme özelliği bulunmamaktadır. Bu nedenle kullanıcı verileri şu durumlarda kalıcı olarak silinebilir: • Uygulamanın kaldırılması • Cihaz değişikliği • Cihaz sıfırlama • Uygulamanın yeniden kurulması Kullanıcının kendi oluşturduğu içerikler tamamen kendi sorumluluğundadır. Yeni sürüm yüklemeniz durumunda verilerin korunacağı garanti edilmez. ________________________________________ 4. Kullanıcı Tarafından Oluşturulan İçerikler Kullanıcı, uygulamaya kendi girdiği içerikler (dua, zikir, not, görsel vb.) üzerinde tam kontrole sahiptir. Geliştirici: • Bu verilere erişemez • Bu verileri göremez • Bu verileri işleyemez / silemez / paylaşamaz Tüm içerik yalnızca cihazda kalır. ________________________________________ 5. İzinler ve Kullanım Amaçları Uygulama yalnızca işlevsellik için gereken izinleri kullanır: Kullanılan İzinler • Depolama/Medya → Galeriden görsel seçmek için • Bildirim/Alarm (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) → Hatırlatmaların çalışması için • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM → Zamanlanmış bildirimlerin tam zamanında çalışması için (Android 12+) • WAKE_LOCK → Alarm/sayaç çalışırken cihazın uykuya geçmesini engellemek için • Titreşim (VIBRATE) izni, bildirimlerin iletilmesi ve uygulama içi etkileşimlerde kullanıcıya geri bildirim sağlanması amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. • İnternet → Yalnızca reklam yüklemek için • Reklam Kimliği (AD_ID) - Sadece AdMob’un çalışması için kullanılır - Kişisel reklam yapılmaz - Kullanıcı profili oluşturulmaz Talep Edilmeyen İzinler Uygulama şu verilere erişmez: • Konum / GPS • Mikrofon • Rehber / kişiler • Arama kayıtları • Bluetooth • Wi-Fi bilgileri • Cihaz kimliği • Hassas kişisel veriler Namaz vakitleri ve gezegen saatleri, yalnızca kullanıcının seçtiği şehre göre hesaplanır. ________________________________________ 6. Reklamlar ve Üçüncü Taraf Servisler Uygulamada yalnızca Google AdMob kullanılmaktadır. Reklam Politikası • Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez • Tüm bölgelerde Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) sunulur • Kullanıcı profili oluşturulmaz • Davranışsal takip yapılmaz • EEA dahil hiçbir bölgede kişisel reklam yoktur Bu nedenle rıza formu (consent form) gerekli değildir. Google’ın İşlediği Teknik Veriler Google yalnızca anonim teknik bilgileri işler (cihaz modeli, donanım, ülke seviyesi IP). Bu bilgiler geliştiriciyle paylaşılmaz. Web İçeriği, WebView ve Veri İşleme Durumu Uygulama içerisinde WebView ile açılan herhangi bir uygulama içi web sayfası yoktur. Reklam tıklamalarında: • Bağlantılar cihazdaki tarayıcıda açılır • Uygulama tıklama takibi yapmaz WebView yalnızca bazı reklam formatlarının gösterimi için kullanılır ve: • Kişisel veri toplamaz • Uygulama kapatıldığında veya WebView oturumu sona erdiğinde geçici veriler silinir. • SafeBrowsing aktiftir • Metrics opt-out açıktır ________________________________________ 8. Hata Kayıtları ve Analitik Uygulama: • Otomatik hata raporu göndermez • Analitik toplamaz • Kullanıcı davranışını izlemez • Crash, performans veya kullanım verilerini işlemez Google Play Console'un otomatik raporları geliştiriciye anonim ve sınırlı teknik bilgi sağlar; bu raporlar uygulama tarafından toplanmaz. ________________________________________ 9. Veri Silme ve Kullanıcı Hakları (KVKK & GDPR) Kullanıcı: • Uygulamanın veri toplayıp toplamadığını sorabilir • Kullanılan izinlerin nedenlerini öğrenebilir Not: Veriler yalnızca cihazda tutulduğu için geliştirici bu verileri göremez, düzenleyemez veya silemez. Veri Güvenliği Uygulama: • Android Sandbox kullanır • Dosya Tabanlı Şifreleme (FBE) ile çalışır • Gereksiz izin talep etmez • Sunucu bağlantısı olmadığı için uzaktan sızıntı riski yoktur Veri güvenliği, cihazın güvenliği (şifre, ekran kilidi, güncellemeler) ile doğrudan bağlantılıdır. ________________________________________ 12. General Information The "Dualarım" app prioritizes user privacy at the highest level. The app does not collect, process, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The app provides the following features: • Recording/Editing/Deleting prayers, dhikr, and tasbihat • Counter and reminder functions • Planetary hours calculation • Prayer times calculation All data is stored solely on the device within Android’s secure sandbox. No user data is transmitted to the developer by the application. ________________________________________ 2. Age Restriction and Target Audience • The app is not designed for users under 16 years of age. • Google Play target age: 16–17 and 18+. • No data is knowingly collected from users under 16. ________________________________________ 3. User Data and Storage The following user-generated content is stored only on the device: • Prayers, dhikr, and tasbihat entries • Counter, reminder, and notification settings • Images added by the user • User-selected city information (for prayer times and planetary hour calculations) The app: • Does not access GPS or sensitive location data • Does not provide cloud backup • Does not communicate with servers • Does not perform external data transfers Data Loss Warning Android’s automatic backup system is disabled (allowBackup="false"), so the app is not included in Android backups. There is no server-based or automatic local backup feature. Therefore, user data may be permanently lost in the following situations: • Uninstalling the app • Changing the device • Device reset • Reinstalling the app All user-generated content is the sole responsibility of the user. Installing a new version does not guarantee data preservation, as the app does not use cloud or automatic backup mechanisms. ________________________________________ 4. User-Created Content Users have full control over the content they create (prayers, dhikr, notes, images, etc.). The developer: • Cannot access this data • Cannot view this data • Cannot process, delete, or share this data All content remains only on the user’s device. ________________________________________ 5. Permissions and Their Purposes Permissions Used • Storage/Media → To select images from the gallery • Notifications/Alarm (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) → To ensure reminders work • SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM → To trigger scheduled reminders precisely (Android 12+) • WAKE_LOCK → To prevent the device from sleeping while alarms/counters run • The VIBRATE permission is used to deliver notifications and to provide user feedback during in-app interactions. • Internet → Only to load advertisements • Advertising ID (AD_ID) → - Used only for AdMob to function - No personalized advertising - No user profile creation Permissions Not Requested The app does not access: • Location / GPS • Microphone • Contacts • Call logs • Bluetooth • Wi-Fi information • Device identifiers • Sensitive personal data Prayer times and planetary hours are calculated solely based on the user-selected city. ________________________________________ 6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services The app uses only Google AdMob for advertisements. Ad Policy • No personalized ads are shown • Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) are served in all regions • No user profiling is performed • No behavioral tracking occurs • No personalized ads are shown in any region, including the EEA Consent forms are therefore not required. Technical Data Processed by Google Google processes only anonymous technical data (device model, hardware information, country-level IP). This data is not shared with the developer. Web Content, WebView, and Data Handling The app does not contain any in-app web pages opened via WebView. Ad Redirects: • Links open in the device’s default browser • The app does not track clicks • No data is sent to the developer WebView Usage: WebView is used only to display certain ad formats and: • Does not collect personal data • Temporary data is stored only during the session • Temporary data is cleared when the app is closed or the WebView session ends • SafeBrowsing is enabled • Metrics opt-out is enabled ________________________________________ 8. Error Reporting and Analytics The app: • Does not send automatic error reports • Does not collect analytics • Does not track user behavior • Does not process crash, performance, or usage data Google Play Console’s automatic reports provide only anonymous, limited technical information and are not collected by the app. ________________________________________ 9. Data Handling Summary The app: • Does not collect personal data • Does not create user profiles • Does not share data with third parties • Does not transmit data to servers • Does not perform analysis or tracking All data is stored isolated within the Android sandbox. ________________________________________ 10. Data Deletion and User Rights (KVKK & GDPR) Users may request information about: • Whether the app collects any data • The purpose of permissions used Note: Since all data is stored locally, the developer cannot access, modify, or delete it. Data deletion is performed entirely on the user’s device. ________________________________________ 11. Data Security The app uses: • Android Sandbox • File-Based Encryption (FBE) • Permission-based access (only necessary permissions are requested) • No server connections, so there is no remote data leakage risk Data security is directly linked to the device’s own security (password, lock screen, updates). ________________________________________ 12.
